Overview
Hubbells Solutions is a growing leader in the electrical manufacturing industry, providing high-quality products and innovative solutions to clients across multiple sectors. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven OEM Sales Manager to expand our business with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The successful candidate will play a key role in building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our components and solutions are seamlessly integrated into OEM products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow OEM accounts for Hubbells Solutions.
- Identify, target, and acquire new OEM clients while strengthening existing relationships.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable Hubbells Solutions products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with OEMs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver customized OEM solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the OEM sector.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent Hubbells Solutions at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within electrical or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, systems, and OEM applications.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with large OEMs in industries such as automotive, industrial equipment, energy, or consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Technical background with the ability to explain complex product specifications clearly.
